The Society of Catholic Priests is expanding in North America
This fall, more information will be available about how to formally join, locations of chapters, and how to form a chapter in your area.
The First Annual Provincial Meeting of the
North American Province of the Society of Catholic Priests
November 9th and 10th
Our first Provincial meeting was held on November 9th and 10th 2009 at Christ Church New Haven, Connecticut. We welcomed the Rev'd Canon Andrew Nunn, the Rector General of the Society. He formally inaugurated the Society in North America and inducted new members as part of a Solemn High Mass. We also had a Solemn Evensong with Benediction, sung compline by candlelight, conversation about the goals of the Society, shared meals, and time for reflection and fellowship. More details will certainly follow as we collect pictures and reflections from our members!
